Lauren Copeland

I am a Lecturer in the School of Psychology, Cardiff University. I have worked on a number of different studies including evaluating the schools and community-based counselling service within Wales, developing guidance for the adaptation of evidence-informed complex population health and the feasibility of a programme to help parents and children recover after domestic abuse. My methodological expertise is in adaptation, process evaluation and qualitative methods. My research interest lie in understanding how counselling and relational techniques can help improve mental and physical outcomes. I am also interested in complex behaviour change interventions and their implementation.
