As a lawyer and academic, Lucy has an interest in IP and 'real' property law; and in particular the overlap and impact of broadband on property use and users. SJD thesis, which examined issues pertinent to the challenges facing ubiquitous high speed broadband in Australia, is entitled ‘The Future of the Internet Economy: Addressing challenges facing the implementation of the Australian National Broadband Network’.
