Melina Albanese

Melina is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of British Columbia. Melina holds a PhD in Public Health Sciences (University of Toronto, 2025), a MSc in Population and Public Health (University of British Columbia, 2021), and a BSc in Biology (University of British Columbia, 2018).

Melina has several years' research experience, having previously worked as a research assistant at the UBC Centre for Health Services and Policy Research, the Human Early Learning Partnership at UBC, and the Department of Health and Society at the University of Toronto Scarborough.

Melina's current research is at the intersection of chronic disease epidemiology and women's reproductive health.
