Minelle Silva is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Sustainability and the Director of Sustainability at the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba.

He earned his PhD from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and his habilitation to direct research from the Université Grenoble Alpes (France) in 2023. Minelle's research examines how sustainability can be internalised in organisations and inter-organisational relationships.
