The author is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Universitas Nasional and an advocate at the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Obtained a Bachelor of Law degree at the Faculty of Law, National University (2005), graduated with a Masters in Law at the National University (2009) and graduated from the Doctoral Program in Law, Faculty of Law, University of Brawijaya (2019). Currently two Deputy Deans of the Faculty of Law of the National University (2019-present), the Management of the National Leadership Council become Deputy Chair of Law and Legislation (DPN PERADI for the 2020-2025 Period), Chair of the Law and Legislation Sector of the Indonesian Truck Entrepreneurs Association (APTRINDO ) Period 2020-2025. Members of professional organizations include the Civil Procedure Law Association (ADHAPER), Management of the Association of Indonesian Legal Laboratories and Clinics (ALHI) for the 2019-2022 period. Secretary of the National University Legal Aid Center for 2012-2019, Head of the National University Law Faculty Study Program for 2015-2016. Member of the Jakarta Transportation Council (DTKJ) for the 2012-2013 and 2014-2017 periods. Certified Mediator of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020 and Certified Conciliator Mediator of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) in 2021.
