Paul Djupe

I am a political scientist at Denison University in Granville, Ohio who specializes in religion in (American) public life, and social influences on and gender dynamics in political behavior. I am an affiliated scholar with Public Religion Research Institute and the past editor of the Cambridge journal, Politics & Religion. I have authored and edited a number of books and articles including "God Talk: Experimenting with the Religious Causes of Public Opinion" (Temple UP), "The Evangelical Crackup? The Future of the Evangelical-Republican Coalition (Temple), "The Full Armor of God: Mobilizing Christian Nationalism in American Politics" (Cambridge).
