Philippa Howden-Chapman

Philippa Howden-Chapman is a Sesquicenntial Distinguished Professor of Public Health at the University of Otago, Wellington.
After completing my Diploma in Clinical Psychology and my PhD in Psychology, I practised as a clinical psychologist before transferring to public health research. I now direct two major research programmes at the University of Otago, Wellington - He Kainga Oranga/ Housing and Health Research Programme and the New Zealand Centre for Sustainable Cities and teach postgraduate public policy.
