Phillip is a registered dietitian within Canada and is currently an Associate Professor in the Applied Human Nutrition Department at Mount Saint Vincent University. His research is exploring the way culture shapes eating practices and body image for gay men. He also has an interest in the use of art-based methodologies in his research. He is a co-editor of 'Queering Nutrition and Dietetics LGBTQ+ Reflections on Food Through Art'.
