Piotr Burek

Piotr Burek is a Master of Arts student in the Social Dimensions of Health program at the University of Victoria and a research assistant for Substance: The Vancouver Island Drug Checking Project at the Canadian Institute for Substance Use Research. Piotr is currently conducting Participatory Action Research with harm reduction workers on Vancouver Island. His interests lie in exploring the political dimensions of drug checking as a practice of care.
