I am an ecologist and conservation biologist with the Bristol Zoological Society and the Environment and Sustainability Institute, University of Exeter.

My research focuses on the population demography, behaviour and conservation of seabirds, particularly in the Benguela upwelling ecosystem of southern Africa, a marine environment that has been highly modified by human impact.
