Rinchen Angmu Lama

Rinchen Angmu Lama is a researcher working on climate-resilient development, climate change adaptation, disaster risk, and sustainable settlements in the Indian Himalayas and in rural India more broadly. Her work examines the intersecting vulnerabilities faced by mountain communities in relation to climate risk, large-scale infrastructure development, and socio-political marginalisation. It is grounded in long-term engagement with local communities and the co-production of knowledge with local stakeholders.
