Robby Jannatan

Robby Jannatan is a lecturer in the undergraduate Biology program at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Andalas, where he has been teaching since 2019. He earned his Master of Science degree in Biology from the same university and has a strong research background, particularly in insect physiology and pest control. His research focuses on environmentally friendly solutions for urban pest control, with prominent publications on the effectiveness of plant extracts against german cockroaches and pest ants. Robby has also contributed to studies on ant diversity in Sumatra. He currently serves as the coordinator of the Tracer Study & User Survey Universitas Andalas, Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Circle for the undergraduate Biology program, and the advisor to the Biology Student Association at Universitas Andalas.
