Sandra Shenge is the Director of programs at Aegis Trust; a British charity, working on genocide prevention and based at the Kigali Genocide Memorial. Aegis trust houses the Research, Policy and Higher Education program (RPHE) that provides research grants and organizes theory, methods, writing and publishing workshops that was managed by Ms Shenge for 8 years. She holds a Master’s degree in International Development and Project Analysis from the Centre d’Etudes pour le Developpement International (CERDI) in France.
