Sara Holton

Dr Sara Holton is a Senior Research Fellow in the Health and Social Care Unit, School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University. Sara is mid‐career researcher and social scientist who conducts psychosocial research in three main, often intersecting, areas: women’s health, mental health and wellbeing, and health services research with a focus on women’s health and wellbeing during their childbearing years particularly women who have a chronic health condition. Sara collaborates with women to generate evidence which assists them to make informed decisions about their health and healthcare. Sara’s research findings have informed health policy, practice, and research.
