I have a PhD degree in Computer Engineering and I teach and conduct research in computer engineering related areas at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. I am also interested in policies related to science and technology, higher education and in the interaction between science, technology and society.

I am an Associate Editor for IEEE Potentials and for ACM Ubiquity which are published respectively by IEEE and ACM, the two biggest professional computing organizations in the world. I maintain a personal blog at www.sharadsinha.wordpress.com which has more details about me.
