Sive Zintle Mbangiswano

Sive Zintle Mbangiswano is a lecturer and PhD candidate in Management Sciences (Entrepreneurship) at the Central University of Technology. Her research and academic interests centre on entrepreneurship, innovation, climate-smart agribusiness, and responsible business practices. She explores how value priorities influence the sustainability and performance of small-scale agricultural enterprises in South Africa. Passionate about transforming higher education, Sive actively supports student entrepreneurship and leads gender-inclusive initiatives such as SWEEP. Her work aims to empower emerging entrepreneurs, promote inclusive development, and contribute to sustainable, community-rooted economic growth.
