Stephanus Johannes Joubert

Fanie Joubert studied economics at the University of Pretoria, where he obtained an MCom (Econometrics) degree. Following service terms at the University of Pretoria and as economist at the Efficient Group, he was appointed in 2009 as senior lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of South Africa (UNISA). In 2019 he obtained his PhD (Economics) from Unisa with the thesis: Voluntary household saving in South Africa: 2005 to 2017
