Dr Steven Forrest is a Lecturer in Flood Resilience and Sustainable Transformations at the Energy and Environment Institute, University of Hull. His research explores how societies can adapt to and recover from flooding in fair and sustainable ways, focusing on governance, community resilience, and climate justice. Steven has led and co-authored numerous national and international projects on flood recovery, serious gaming for resilience learning, and climate-ready urban planning. He is Programme Director for the MSc in Flood Risk Management at the University of Hull.
