Tom is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Geography & Planning at the University of Liverpool. He is co-Editor-in-Chief of the Housing and Society journal.
Tom has conducted extensive research on a range of housing policy and practice issues, including the growth and development of community-led housing initiatives, rural housing issues, and the regulation of the private rented sector.
