Trang Nguyen completed her PhD in 2023 and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for Global Food and Resources, The University of Adelaide. In her PhD, Trang investigated a range of behaviours related to food waste of households and explored the motivations that can drive households to reduce and sustainably sort their food waste.
