Udeme Samuel Jacob

Dr Udeme Samuel Jacob is a researcher, community developer and consultant in the field of special needs with a focus on the education and training of persons with intellectual disability. He had his bachelor’s degree in teacher education/agricultural science. His interest in persons with special needs made him switch from general education to special education with a bias toward education and care for individuals with Intellectual disability. He obtained his degrees (MEd & PhD) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan. Dr Jacob is a lecturer in the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ibadan.
