Yujie Zhan

Yujie (Jessie) Zhan, PhD, is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management in the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. Her research primarily focuses on work stress and employee psychological well-being, age in the workplace and retirement, emotions and emotion regulation in the workplace, and work-nonwork interface.
