Yuval Hadash is a psychologist and scientist who studies mindfulness and the human capacity to attend inward to thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. His research explores the roles of attention and acceptance of internal experience in resilience, mental health, and sleep and how our emotional well-being can be improved through mindfulness practice. His work aims to translate scientific insights into practical approaches that help people navigate everyday challenges with greater awareness and balance.
