Michel Ferrary

Michel Ferrary is Professor of Management at the University of Geneva – Graduate School of Economy and Management – and affiliated scholar at Skema Business School. He received a Master in Human Resource Management from Science Po Paris, a Master in Economics from EHESS/Polytechnique/Université de Nanterre, a Master in Sociology from Université Paris-Diderot, a PhD in Management from HEC Paris (1997) and a HDR from the University of Toulouse (2004).
His research interests are related to human resource management, social networks, stakeholder theory, management of innovation and, gender studies. In 2007, he founded the Skema institute for gender studies. He published several papers in academic journals on these different topics. He is frequently visiting scholar at Stanford University.
